Best Spring Training Hols/Camp

Any good places to go training and get a head start to the Season?
I've been just south of Alicante (la Marina) and found this place had large flat areas of salt flats and a good ridge of 800 metre climbs for a bit of the tricky stuff.
Benidorm is good too; I spent a week with my non cycling mates and they sunbathed whilst I was out in the Hills. Good fitness needed here as the terrain was a bit lumpy.
Pissouri in Cyprus was good (windy) but again the roads a bit lumpy.
Any good others?

I'm thinking Fuerteventura for my week in the sun. Roads are superb but it is a tad windy...
I've got a thread in the training section, need to keep an eye on both.
