Do you have a ready supply of Grit or salt to deal with your road I don't and so would stay in and expect anyone else with any common sense to be able to judge for themselves whether or not to drive in such conditions...0

Yes, I do, because it's smart to plan for winter weather in winter, and a big bag of salty grit isn't expensive. But even if I didn't, I wouldn't sit by the window hoping someone else crashes so I could put it on youtube.

We don't get roadside grit bins where I live as it's out of town.. Gritting of the roads or Salting here is the responsibilty of the council although I understand with most new estates they are managed by Private companies that are paid so much a month by the residents so maybe someone should have contacted the appropriate authority although tbh they should prempt it rather than wait till it occurs..0
