Don't know if there are any members of this charity on here? Just to let you all know about it they supply bikes to kids who have got or have recovered from cancer and also to their families so they could go out with them. I have just finished setting up my 6yo daughter's Christmas present courtesy of them and Raleigh so just wanted to say a big thank you. Looking forward to taking her out on it if the parks defrost! I did consider trying to get a carbon road bike through them so I could go out with her but thought that might be a bit cheeky

Link to their site http://www.cyclistsfc.org.uk/ anyone with a spare £50 may like to donate to them and get one of their cycling shirts in return. I will be at the first opportunity :D

Am I being stupid as usual? Can't see where to donate, looks like a great cause!
  • Thanks for the link, my 11yo is 5 years free now and into the maxillofacial side of things.

I'm not one for lycra and gaudy cycle jerseys but this is one top I'll be proud to wear when I sort out a suitable donation.
  • Hi, one of our supporters just sent me this thread, I am the founder and organiser of CFC and just wanted to say thanks for pointing out that the donation button has slid off the site. The link should be http://www.justgiving.com/cyclistsfc/ I will try and get it fixed asap.

FYI the jerseys are made by Spiuk and come in 7 sizes from S - 4XL.

    Best wishes
