DMR after-sales service!

I bought the 'DMR Singlespeed Conversion Kit' a few weeks back, but after a few rides one of the bearings seized. I contacted DMR and they said that it was unusual and would send me a new bearing. In the meantime, I decided to order a couple of spare bearings to tide me over the Christmas period.

So, I was pleasantly surprised when a courier arrived at my house yesterday evening with a package. DMR did not send me a replacement bearing, but instead sent me a brand new pulley wheel and bolt, which I was not expecting!

I just thought I'd mention this as it is always good to report when a company offers such a great after-sales service. I have bought DMR products in the past, and never had any previous issues, and I will definitely purchase their products again in the future.

P.S. I also got a free dvd, and a 'Dirty Habit' pen, which reveals a nudey-girl when turned upside-down! :D
