    Nice scenery, not much in the way of narrative, though, is there? Been ages since I saw it, but I remember getting bored halfway through.

    What was stricking about it was how much Merckx, as leader just went to the front and did so much work himself. So different now, I suppose its just because there is nobody of his calibar around now.

    Of course there are - just the competition improved too so it's all even.
