hi guy, i have just bought a set of these forks of someone and need some advice. they are in like new condition but i cannot sem to get the compression and floodgate adjusters to do anything even when i turn them both on full it doesn't afect anything. Am i doing something wrong? This is the first set of air forks i have had and i also wanted to ask, is it normall when you compress them to hear a sound like air comming out? I have checked the top seal and there doesn't seem to be air comming out alought when i check the + and - chambers the- seems to have lost a few psi I THINK! Or is it me been parranoid. I just wanted to see if any of youhad any answers because if i can i want to avoid sending them of to tf tuned at the minute as i would rather keep the money in my pocket!!
cheers

Sometimes the fork needs to be operated a few times from storage to get the oil in the correct places. The noise you hear is most likely the oil moving through the valves.
Everytime you connect a pump the reading will be lower as some air transfers to the pump chamber.
Empty the air out (see the FAQ for guides on air) and cycle the fork through full travel with the motion control adjuster at miniumum. Hpefully it will lock now (though it is designed to have 20mm of freew travel to add traction).
The floodgate then sets the force required to bypass the lock on a big hit, just or that hit.0 -
tried that still can't seem to get them to lock out0
