Waterproof/Windproof jacket

I am in the market for a waterproof jacket. My current one, while waterproof, actually ensures I get wet from the inside, due to the boil-in-the-bag effect of not wicking the sweat away.

Any suggestions for a great waterproof jacket that won't leave me soaked through with sweat? What are you all wearing during this wet season?

Really, the topic is there and done to death. I used to hate people telling me this as a newbie, but there are at least 3 long threads on it.

Check the new Mavic range. There are some reasonable deals on the 09 lines which are pretty much unchanged for 2010.

I have the Neptune rain jacket and love it. It works really well at keeping water out, is well vented and has a good fit.

I have the dhb Wickham eVent from Wiggle and find that excellent. Totally waterproof while being reasonably breathable, more than any jacket I have had before.
