Aberdeen Airport just closed... No helicopter for me, today :cry:
Hopefully we'll have one tomorrow, or I can kiss Christmas goodbye. :evil:

Back to the 'net... Console myself with more bling :wink:
I did actually look at the KCNC carbon jockey wheels... £89.99, how pointless are they? :?

    I was up in aberdeen airport last week, in fact it was the first time I have seen an airport bookshop with its own section on 'drilling and oil rigs'

    also first time I have ever walked to an airport

    That's the last thing I want to read about, but I'd give my eye teeth to be stood in that bookshop, now...

    Isn't this the start of a vicious circle?

    No flights = less carbon emissions = less global warming = the snow/ice won't thaw = still no flights

    I only go in to watch the major football games and some of the antics of the boys and "girls" after being offshore are a lesson in abstinence :shock:

    have a good one boys...I'm stuck offshore till 30th and have never had both xmas & new year off in 15 years......guess some of us have to keep the gogo juice flowing!

    PS......and I'm on a 3 weeker (all 12hr nights)!!!
