Flatpedal shoes

Currently use my running shoes so I think its time to invest in some decent grippy flat soles, theres so many clipless trainers and not so many flats so I need some advice please!
I currently use DMR V12 pedals.
So far seen -
Shimano AM40 -

Shimano MP66 non clipless version -

Fivetens -

The Fivetens are a bit on the pricey side and also dont have the cover over the laces which I like the look of to help keep mud out and keep it all tidy as thats what I hate, having the laces all over the place.
Anymore, or the above good choices?
Cheers
