cycling socks???

hi, ive recently ruined all my socks in the cross

so im in need of a new batch

i like to wear them quite high, and to be rich cotton. i cant rememebr where i got my last batch from but i realy like that style so hope i can find a new batch???

also like them to go over my shoes like over shoes

please help

  • i use nike dri-fit running socks ... 2 pairs for £10 ... and you get them in black which woudl save your dirty sock issues ...

    Yeah, I use the Nike ones too. They are fantastic for cycling and/or running when it's warm but the open weave panels mean overshoes are a must at the mo. They also come in white, btw.

    ...err, although on reflection they don't meet your "rich cotton" criteria (68% Dacron polyester/28% nylon). Apols for the bum steer.

    I think cotton is a poor fabric for cycling socks (or socks of any sort), they get sweaty and yeuk! Go for synthetic or Merino.
