Woke in the night thinking my missus had hold of it and was giving it a real through going over.

Not swollen but it bloody hurts when walking like I've been kicked really hard in them.

Strangely I've just been reading up on that following the other thread on here. If it is genuinely twisted (torsional something or another) they reckon you should have an op ASAP as it can lose its blood supply and die off!! :shock:

When I was 11 or 12 and a mad-keen BMXer I, indeed, suffered a testicular torsion. Hurts like hell. I had to have surgery to get it sorted.

But in fact the pain is irrelevant when you bear in mind that you may lose it. You've already been given the advice, but I'll repeat it for emphasis.
