Can anyone suggest a site that will show me how to fully strip my bike down. I've had my Cube Ltd Pro since april and love it to bits. However it's starting to grind a bit in places despite cleaning it after every couple of rides.

Any help would be great.

http://www.parktool.com/repair/ and http://www.sheldonbrown.com/ are good places to start.

Just take time doing it, and remember (or note down) which small fiddly bits go where (trust me, when it comes to rebuilding the bike, it will help!! Lol, I've made that mistake before)!

Roger that. Thanks ever so. I'll start stripping down in the new year. Might have it rebuilt by the summer.
