Mtb trails in or around the Twickenham area?

If anyone knows any routes around Twickenham, Richmond etc please let me know

    I used to go to swinley and esher shore when I lived in twickenham.
    You can get to swinley on a train from twickenham, get off at herons reach and follow the road to the right out the station.

    Swinley is.....ok. Not great, but about the only place down there with trails.
    Esher is great fun if you have the rght bike.
