Coed Y Brenin- Recommendation

Hi,

I am new to all this but feel I am addicted already. I plan to try Coed Y Brenin. I live about 3 hours away and I am aiming to go there for a day.

Which would be the best trail to do? I am quite fit so hopefully I will be ok on that front!??
