Yeti and JensonUSA

Has anyone bought a complete Yeti from JensonUSA? I'd appreciate knowing how it went if you have.

i asked a very similar question just yesterday as they have a bargain on yeti dj's. They seem to be good and quick delivery but anything over £100 and you'll be stung by customs etc so i've been told to add around 30% onto what you pay (incl. p&p) as this is what you may well be charged for bringing it into the UK.

Closer to 40% ontop of the price is more than likely.

VAT, Import Tax, Import Duty etc

It's posible that some of these costs wont hit you though, some people get lucky. But if you take the gamble be prepared for the costs just in case and make sure you factor them in when pricing it up compared to UK prices.

Yes, I spotted your post after I posted this one. I suppose you have to dial in everything on a worst case scenario and then compare with the price here. Outside of the price I just wondered if anyone has had a complete bike from them and wht service they got.

It appears they no longer ship to the UK, I wonder why!

for a full bike you add 15% import tax, then you add 17.5% VAT then you add a handing charge by the couriers.

then if anything goes wrong the Yeti distributor can refuse to deal with it if they wish to as any warranty is with the seller.
