Giant Defy - comfy?

hi im considering to buy a giant defy 2.i've been to my lbs and had a small test ride and it seems comfy.i was wondering if any defy owners can give me any advice as i'll like to cover sum 100 mile sportives on it.so my question to defy owners is do u think or know if the bike is comfy over 100 miles or more.thought id ask people that really know the bikes as i dont trust sum reviews.

    I've got the Carbon TCR 2 Team T Mobile, with Ultegra. Lovely ride, not too painful on long rides and handles instinctively.
    Only flipped stem to raise front a bit but otherwise as stock.

    I have the Defy 1 as standard, other than the saddle. I've had it since May and have no complaints.
