ultimate nutrition advice needed

Hi,

Not getting the A-Z I need in my diet due to busy work schedule.

Anyone any ideas on a supplement to get the best fuel from?

I find squats are probably best exercise to do in gym when unable to get out on the trail. It would be good to hear of any other exercise that proves beneficial.

    Centrum A-Z multi vits are always a good place to start.. expensive, but contain all of the essential vitamins. I'm very particular about what I eat, so also miss out on vits and minerals the body needs.. I take the centrums and seem to be doing alright!

    However, you should really be posting this question in the health/fitness section, you're probably more likely to get the answers you're after in there mate.

  • Squats (back, front, overhead), C+J, Snatch, Deadlifts, for strength and explosiveness.

    Crossfit style circuits for endurance/aerobic capacity. For example - As many rounds of 5 pullups, 10 pressups, 15 unweighted squats, run 200m as you can fit into 20 minutes.
