A few days ago my year old chain snapped :-( not an unusally occurence I hear you say. The break though was quite strange, so posted a topic with photo Anyway got in touch with the UK importer for SRAM and would like to say a big thank you to the level of customer service I have received, totally above and beyond anything I would expect.

So a BIG UP to FISHER OUTDOOR LEISURE for exellent customer services and support for SRAM.

Sadly this thread in its current state is a big fat fail!

What did you get? Replacement chain? Upgrade chain? full XX groupset? hookers and blow? a pet monkey?
