when you say energy drinks do you mean caffeine orientated ones or the lucozade types?
I will take lucozade and would love to take monster, but unfortunately as good as it tastes, it does horrible things to my insides.0 -
Little from column a, little from column b.
I usually avoid sugar like the plague, but I'll do half and half energy drink and water on a longer day out. Prefer Monster Ripper at the moment, nom nom nom.0 -
I drink high five zero

I find that you don't get that sugar/caffeine rush as you do with some, it works great.
If you want a sugar pick up get a mars bar!!
However everyone has a preferance to taste.0 -

I used SIS GO but now got Lucozade powder from JJB as i had vouchers. Usually water will suffice, but after reading a walking mag, they were sayin that if you just have water you might aswell have orange squash etc as they contain electrolytes and other vitamins.Giant XTC SE 2006

Hi,
i used to use powerbar carb mix in my camelbak but it dyed it a horrid yellow/green colour! Can anyone recommend one that doesn't do that that works well?
I have also been looking at the elete water which is just an electrolite addative to mix with squash. Has anyone used this stuff before? would it be as good as a torq type thingy?
sorry for a poss stupid question.
BenBikes are OK, I guess... :-)
