  • They are both good choices. I have ridden a CK7 for about four years now and am really happy with it. I've Audaxed, commuted, ridden club runs and even battered myself round the Paris Roubaix Cyclotouriste on it. It has stood up to everything I have thrown at it.

both are good reliable frames - get the one which has the nicest colour, or the best price, or the most appropriate geometry for you, because there ain't much else to choose between them...

I tried them both back to back: the Racelight is a bit lighter, stiffer & gives more road feedback (or buzz depending on your point of view) Superb trainer/racer. I found the CK7 a bit more comfortable riding position & 'quieter' over the road surface. Why not arrange test rides before deciding?

Thanks for your reply`s guys - like the CK7 but as per usual in this country nothing is EVER in stock it`s a bloody joke. might just opt for the racelight as the bone shaker i have as a winter bike weighs 25lbs - stuff carrying that weight about. didnt mind a heavy bike to train on when i raced. i want a lightish bike to get by on a cold day.
