Cannondale Caad9 frameset

Where can I buy this at a decent price? I'm in Australia and assume the US is cheapest... have looked on the Cannondale website to see dealers but am having a tough time finding listings for the frameset.

I looked last year and found it was cheaper to buy a discounted tiagra last year full bike which has the same frame and fork then sell all the other bits on e-bay.
