yes, they are wrong way around- my friend's advice!!- had some problems with them on the corners- as I have found out later on, it was all because they are horrible at low pressure- I kinda had this feeling like if I was about to fell on the side on each corner I was taking. I have had them fitted incorrectly for like day or two- figured it out myself when climbing- now, !!THAT!! was a nightmare with them spinning like crazy and no progress0

flat one is 600mm, previously riser, same model- 630mm I think0
