Good warmish cycling top recommendation needed

I've been having a look at these and the Gore Phantom II Jacket looks like a good bet. Would anyone recommed them or maybe something else. Your views are most welcome.

    Phantoms are good but I prefer the fit of the Oxygen SO myself. Very similar jacket, just no zipoff sleeves.
