I noticed that JE James have a customer service representative answering queries to a few disgruntled customers.

I just wondered if it wasn't a good idea to set up a specific forum or section for each shop?

As JE James is also "inadvertantly" advertising, this could be a commercial idea to attract other well known shops to participate. It'd be good to ask a few questions and get answers that not only I want to know, but others as well.
