    It's ok, he's been nicked Section 136 Silly old fool is clearly mad...He'll get a warm cup of chocolate, a chat with the Doctor and sent home in a few hours!..Cops get to spend time in the warm too!

    If he's mad then so are we all.

    (I know it's a cartoon but I love it and identify with it, wish I had my own bike shop etc)
