It'll be fun when Jon Gaunt gets orders from above to praise the cyclists.

Murdoch and Berlusconi are duking it out for TV ratings in Italy. The Italian state broadcaster Rai will be forced to say the word "Sky" thousands of times during May alone, something that will make the millions spent on the team justifiable to many within NewsCorp.

Any chance of a Unibet type situation where they don't get invited to RCS races because of this? They don't have any big name Italian riders to smooth the way so I wonder if it's a risk?

Interesting but RCS is owned by the same stable as La Gazetta. RAI will just have to live with it.

Looking on Wiki, RCS's activities include "Digicast, a publisher of digital channels, distributed in Italy through SKY Italia."
