I solved that problem by just giving her my bank card and sending her shopping, sure they're not surprises but she gets exactly what she wants, and I don't complain about having to go into rubbish shops!
For little 'stocking filler' surprises though Lush is always a good one. Or Lush's sort of sister company for cosmetics, B Never To Busy To Be Beautiful or something like that. They do some very nice smellies (which I must confess to owning at least a few of!).This is my bike, there are many like it but this one is mine0 -

I have been thoroughly enjoying this year, is a big change since she got into biking, so far I have bought and fitted Avid BB5s for her (which seemed to be well receieved on this weeks ride) just need to buy her some waterproof MTB shorts (I'm thinking Animal Cranks) and some little suprise gifts to keep her guessing as she requested the shorts.
When did buying for my OH become so much fun!?!0 -
took the missus out on her bike in the summer (after having it shipped down from caithness by her brother). needless to say after 15mins out on it....she hated it.
So i go out alone now lolKiblams wrote:I have been thoroughly enjoying this year, is a big change since she got into biking, so far I have bought and fitted Avid BB5s for her (which seemed to be well receieved on this weeks ride) just need to buy her some waterproof MTB shorts (I'm thinking Animal Cranks) and some little suprise gifts to keep her guessing as she requested the shorts.

Gutted! that sucks man. You didn't start her off on a Scottish red did you? Took her 2 months of english riding before we tackled Glentress and Innerleithen reds on our holiday.
