Campag Neutrons with carbon drop-outs?

I have just bought some 08 Campagnolo Neutron Wheels and the manual says do not use the quick releases with carbon drop-outs. I have a Cervelo R3-SL which has carbon drop-outs, what am I supposed to do?

The faces of the QR are probably serrated for grip on metal drop-outs - provided you don't over-tighten them, can't really see it being a problem or get some smooth-faced QRs if you're worried.
