Im looking for a durable pedal for sportives and general training but don't want to spend a fortune. Would Look Keo classics be the best?

Look, Shimano, Time, they're all pretty much of a muchness and once your clipped in they'll all do the same job.0

There was some preowned 105 pedals in the cklassifieds on this site for 15 quid, bargain IMO if there still available................winter beast: http://i497.photobucket.com/albums/rr34 ... uff016.jpg

Big fan of Look pedals. Keo Sprint are a good choice. But they cost me £60. Classics are OK - but you can't adjust them.
But as Smokin Joe said - they are all similar once you get them on the bike!0
