Hi all
I am just building up my bike. I have ordered SRAM XO rear derailer, crank, casstette and shifters.
I have also ordered the XX front mech, will XO and XX play togther ok ? I dont like the look of the XO front derailer.

Thanx for any advice :)

    what shifters?

    what Crank?

if you want three rings on the front then the XX will not be compatible.

    Thank you for the advice

The rest of the set is per
    http://www.sram.com/en/designyourride/

(Then click the small orange box :) )

So thats the XO rear derailer, cassette (pg990) XO TRIGGERS noir 3.3 crank
The only thing not from XO is the front XX derailer..

    Thank you

That's a three-ring crank so, as nick said, an XX front derailleur will not work with it. If you hate the X.0 mech so much, you might want to look at Shimano's offerings. SRAM drivetrains with a Shimano front derailleur are a fairly common mixture.

    Thank you both

Guess its either the X0 front derailer (which I can't find many good reviews for?) or a shimano front derailer, guessing the xtr is their top offering ?

    Thx guys

I didnt think sram front mechs went higher than X9 in the hierachy, i'd go XTR on that set up, or XT if your funds are running low.

XO rear derailer, cassette (pg990) and triggers with SRAM Noir 3.3 crank
and the hollow pin SRAM 991 chain. Now with the Shimano XTR front derailer..
