BB Spacers

HI

I am in the process of changing from a triple chainset to a standard one. My frame bottom bracket is 68cm and i am also changing from internal bearings to a hollowtech bb. Can anybody advise me as weather i need spacers as they where not encluded with the bb..

    if it is a shimano set up then no spacers are needed for the cups.

    but some do use spacers in other places.

    Thanks nicklouse, my bike has a 105 groupset and the new chanset is an ultegra sl 53-39. I will fit it without spacers and see how i get on with the front mech.
