DMR Simple Tension Seeker Bearings?

Hi.
This my fourth week of riding my converted singlespeed, which I have thoroughly enjoyed. I have been out every Sat & Sun and done approx. 17+ miles each ride. I went out this morning, and not long into the ride noticed a scraping sound coming from the chain area.
On closer inspection, it appears that one of the bearings on the DMR Simple Tension Seeker has given up the ghost. To say I'm a little disappointed after only four weeks is an understatement. I clean/lube the bike after every ride, so I would expect the bearings to last longer than four weeks.
Does anyone know where I can purchase the bearings that the DMR STS uses?

The bearings are '608RS' (8x22x7), and CRC have '608 2RS', which I assume will be suitable?0
