New posts button

Only really started posting here again today and the new posts button is already pissing me off. Don't mean to be a cunt but could you please sort it out. Whenever I click on the button it takes me back to the start of the topic rather than a new post I haven't read yet, it's getting rather annoying.

actually now i look at it more it does seem a bit hit and miss.

Click on new posts since last visit, then in the topic you want to read click on the last reply next to the posters name. A black arrow next to a bank page.
