Which Forks

Hi Guys and Girls,
I'm new here so please forgive me if this a repeat thread.
I have just bought a 2nd hand Trek 4300. I love the bike and am really enjoyiing getting back in riding.
The problem i have is being 18st
i find the RST Gila forks dive too much for me. I'm not sure if they have a lock out facility or how to find it if they do.
If not can anyone advise of some decent quality cheapish forks that would suit me for road riding.
