When were having a reasonable discusion about one topic and then PC brigade (usually) come in slinging allegations and change the topic to another unrelated to the original. Usually they do it for effect or fun and it is also the tactic of the TROLL who posts to illicit enraged response.

It's the illegal taking of ,usually, air or marimie transport.
