Afternoon all,

Im looking to relocate back down to Taunton within the next few months.

I was wondering if anyone could recommend some good trails within the area, I know Minehead and some edges are really good but was hoping to find fine somewhere a little closer to how for my bread and butter riding. I know the quantocks are on my doorstep but that region is pretty vast so was wondering if there was any particular spot stand out?

Many thanks

Ian

  • There's an almost endless supply of options on the Quantocks. Riding down anything ending in Combe is normally a good bet. There are quite a few Taunton locals on the singletrackworld forum who're normally happy to show people around.

When are you planning on moving? I normally head over to the Quantocks every couple of weeks and would be glad to show you my routes up there.
