Free Altura Windproof Jacket with C+ Sub...?

Hi Guys,
Noticed C+ are offering a free Altura windproof jacket plus skull cap with their sub deal this month. Has anyone got one of these and how are you finding it?
Is it a super light, rear pocket packable jacket or is it heavier for everyday/commuting use? Any idea what model it actually is? The flyer reckons on a RRP of £52 for both but can't see anything similar in the Altura range at this sort of price.
Thanks very much for any advice...

Got them in the same offer last year.
The jacket is good, not sure which model it is. It is very light, folds away easily. Good for wind, but not for very cold weather. Cap is fine to.0 -
Thanks for the info chaps.
There is a link but I'm at work so don't have it with me. Will post later if no one else does...
Reckon I'll be ordering this evening then. Been waiting for a good subs deal for the last few months...
Thanks again,

The jacket is the Altura Cropton, I believe.
I have one of these.
- it's light
- it's very convenient, folds-away into it's own back pocket and has a belt to go around your waist
- it's pretty windproof
- but it's not waterproof : any more than the lightest drizzle and you have a piece of wet fabric clinging to you
- and it's not breathable : it's nylon ripstop with no vents, is a real 'boil in the bag'...
I wear it in Winter if I'm nipping-out in cold-but-dry conditions.
It keeps the wind off, and if I'm only out for half an hour or so it's warm inside
Or I'll take it out as an extra layer, just in case I end-up fixing a p*nct*re at the roadside and want to keep warm.
But it's useless in the rain and wear it any more than half an hour and it's far too hot & unbreathable : you'd be sweating like a pig...0 -
Hmm, I'm a bit less sure now.
What are the best freebie deals C+ does through the year? Anyone got anything particularly bling as a freebie? Was tempted by the jersey over the last few months but decided it would be my 2nd or 3rd choice of what I have for training rides and way too bright to walk in to the office in so wouldn't use it for the commute so it would probably never get worn!
I buy the mag every month anyway so should just get the sub ordered and not worry about the freebie but I'm sure as soon as I place my order they'll be offering a free Pinarello with every sub and I'll be kicking myself...!
Anyway Antlaff, link to the sub offer is http://www.myfavouritemagazines.co.uk/cyp/c018
Cheers for now,

I went for it last year; Altura Cropton jacket. Very thin and packable, but as already mentioned it's boil in the bag effect means it stays in my seat pack for emergency use only. The hat never arrived but I'm happy with the buff that came free two issues ago0
