carbon forks

i am doing a piece of A leve physiics courswork on carbon fibre in bike frames and forks. i am really struggaling to find any technical properties about them

need to find, density, stiffness, youngs modulus, and desriptions for why is is brittle but strong.

can anyone shed any light?

    I'm a materials scientist and have loads of PDFs concerning composites, if you PM me your email address I can send you the relevant chapter of a text book (not too complicated) about composites.
