HELP NEEDED!! - FSA Gossamer chainset and B/B removal

What tools do i need to remove an FSA Gossamer chainset and external type bottom bracket? Im pretty confident working on bikes only i havent come across the newer style b/b's until recently.

Also whats the method for removal?

BB is the same as Shimano HT2 and cranks the same as Mega-exo. No spacers are required for most road setups.
