    Brilliant well done lads.

    I think a trip to Workington is in order next weekend just to ride my bike across the Barkerbridge. Hopefully there will be someone with a collecting tin to make a donation to the town clean up, perhaps they could charge all non Workingtonians a toll for crossing.

    im sorely jealous that i wasnt involved in the building of this bridge. its is terrible that it needed to be built and awful that someone lost their life but this is the kind of work we should be doing, on our own soil and in aid of our own people.

    Yep, great job by all of those involved. Having grown up in Workington (and still have a lot of family and friends in the area) it is greatly appreciated.
