Tyre advise

Just got myself an 09 Stumpy. Managed to get them to upgrade the tyres to maxxis highrollers. Went out today and had a couple of front wheel slides. My plan is to take one of the Maxxis advantages off my HT and put it on the front and then have an advantage on the front and a highroller on the back of both bikes. Does this sound like an ok idea. I dont want to buy any other tyres so please dont even suggest it!

i was running a high roller on the front and a advantage on the rear and found it a good combo but my high roller was a super tacky, maybe you could try a lower pressure also what size is the high roller as mine was a 2.3
