Who makes decent 700C disc compatible wheels?

I'm building my ideal commuting/trail/winter trainer bike and want to use disc brakes. Who makes decent disc compatible road wheels and from where can I buy them?

Mavic have the Speedcity

FSA also did some but CRC don't seem to have them anymore

Then there's always the handbuilt option of course, although 130mm rear disc hubs are thin on the ground.
