hi everyone, im about to buy a 2009 Scott Scale 70 and was curious to know what i should upgrade in the future?
here is the current spec, the brakes have been upgraded to juicy 3.5's
Frame:Scott Scale 7005 Alloy Double Butted Hydraform monocoque tubes. V-Forged Dropout design.

i am aware that the forks arent great, so what would your upgrade be? also are there any other parts that could be upgraded?

spend the money on getting a bike a level or two further up.

if you are definatly going with that, then forks and pedals to start off with, then bottom bracket and stem0

Upgrade most things when they wear out, but yes, same as the other 2 I'd say forks - Toras aren't bad, they work really well for the price but you'll need to spend more if you're after weight saving.0

Fork for sure then maybe wheelset. Change the rest when it wears out as it won't make much difference performance wise.
