Removing wheels/hydraulic brakes

Hi
I have Tektro Auriga Comp brakes on my GT Aggressor XC2.
I am going to change the tyre's soon.
When removing the wheels will it harm the brakes if I turn the bike upside down. i.e. cause air to get into the system.
I thought it best to ask before I did it, rather then after I'd made a mistake.
Thanks.

as long as you dont pull the lever while the wheel is out or while the bike is upside down you will be fine."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

God, I've done that millions of times and never thought about that!
If the pads do close up, just gently prise the pads apart with a screwdriver. Only worry if you open the hydraulic plate and turn it upside down.CAAD9

The second I take my bike's wheels off, I carefully slide a piece of card between the pads to make sure that if the lever is accidentally bumped, the pads won't clamp together and stay there. That happened to me within a day of owning my first bike with hydro discs, and it was a pain in the arse.0

I have these brakes and have had the bike upside down plenty of times, no problems at all.Unlike my credit card im currently carrying a low level of interest- Peter Griffin

Thanks for all the tips...
Sliding a bit of card between the pads sounds like a good move to me.
Thanks again everyone.0
