  • Seriously homo. Use your arm....
  • i want, i want :D

it doesnt say it but its also a anti theft device, makes a £5000 bike look like a halfords special

expect they work in the same way as wireless door bells, the thumb switches contains a transmitter and the indicator lights contains receiver, simple really

    Awful idea.

We ride on the left. Even the right hand indicator is going to appear on the left of a driver unless we've already moved over to the right hand side of the road. Drivers don't see an indicator on their left and thing "That might be a cyclist turning right", they think "That's a car/motorbike turning left".

Indicators that work would be nice, but they never will.
  • I think they're a danger, do you really want to be riding amongst confused drivers?.... what are ....... "indicators"?

On the positive side, you'd be the only one on the road using indicators!

Exactly... and a lot of bikes have a flashing rear light anyway, so another flashing one isn't going to stand out as an indicator, orange or not.

They look fantastic. Super light weight as well

they'd be great on the trails around here to tell the walkers you are part of the emergency services. :)

+1 ot only that but they're central on the bike whichever side they're indicating too, doubly confusing.

These are gadgets for gadgets sake.

The only way indicators would be even worth consideration is if they were arrow shaped pointing in the appropriate direction, but even then, I reckon most drivers would think they were one of the mobile road meantenence vehicles a lot further away.

light coloured/reflective material stuck on the back of my gloves and £3 for 2 @ Tesco hi viz snap bands round my wrists work for me. cost pennies and no batteries to replace or confusion.
  • Love the way the cyclist in the video cuts the corner
