New crown race

I need a new crown race for my GT Avalanche 3-0 the headset is a Tange Seiki system for 1 1/8". I cant seem to find any on the net. Does anyone know where I can get one or if I can use a different one instead?

Some people would just fit a new headset.

I was thinking about that but wasnt sure if they come with crown races or are they seperate?
