Does anyone else here subscribe to this service?


I signed up last sunday and ever since it says I have no active subscription despite the fact that they have taken the £3.99 from my account.

I have emailed them twice but still no reply or access :x

Did anyone else have the same issues when signing up?

    I signed up in May, before the Giro on a years subscription... was fine until about September, then it kept saying my password was incorrect... and yet when I clicked on "forgot password" never received an email... tried using their help sites, but never got any help from them... still pursuing it though.
    Already signed up for the following 2010 rides:

    Etape Caledonia (May 16th)
    AMR's Trossachs Ton (June 20th)
    AMR's Cross-Border Sportive (Sept 19th)
