Forks: '09 revelations air u-turns with remote 110-140 £235 (ebay secondhand)
Bars: exotic DH riser £12.49
Stem: exotic 80mm £10.49
Headset: cane creek S2 £15.20 (new from ebay)
Grips: Outland (£5 ebay)
Front Brake Lever assy: Avid Elixir R (£147 pair from Merlin in deal)
Front Caliper: Avid Elixir R
Front disc: 160mm (may upgrade)
Rear Brake Lever assy: Avid Elixir R
Rear Caliper: Avid Elixir R
Rear Disc: 160mm
Hoses: Avid
Shifters: Deore
Cables: Deore
Front Mech: Deore
Rear Mech: Deore shadow (All from Merlin - groupest £175)
Seat: SDG Bel Air RL £20
Seat Post: M:Part £13
Seat Post Clamp: On-One £10
Cranks: Deore
Chainring(s): Deore
Chain: Deore
Cassette: Deore
Pedals: DMR V-8 £23.95
Bottom Bracket: Deore (all from gruppo as above)
Front Wheel: Xero (£90 a pair from Woolly...)
Tire: Maxxis High-Roller 2.5 (£32 a pair inc. rim tapes)
Back Wheel: Xero
Tire: Maxxis High-Roller
So less than a grand in all, cant wait to build it!!!

if it wasnt for the offer on the 456's i was going to keep the reign and do a cheap sintesi build, but i saw these and decided to build one up. i dont care that theyre common, there is a reason, for the money theyre darn good!0

Completely agree about the frames, they may be common, but they are BIoody good!
Did you get the headset from an Ebay shop? or an individual?

How's the WIP coming along? got your frame yet?
If you're not using the Deore v-brakes from that Groupset from Merlin, will you give me a shout, I may be interested in buying them off you for my old 80s commuter unless you have other plans for them.

Ive got all of it, jsut dont have a working digi or some tools for the job! will try and get some pics soon. i did my back in last week so in no rush to get it finished.
yeh you are more than welcome to the brakes. I have no use for them (missus wont let me build a ss...) also got some exotic bars and easton ea30 bars up for grabs.

had i not gone down the lbs i'd have most likely got one of these too! b ut for the silly deal i got on the cotic, there seems an awful lot of Great feedback from the owners no matter where you look! - quite taken with the barry white colour special ediion!!

if the barry white was available as a 456 i would def have had it! Only had one ride so far so hard to comment but the wheels seem damn sturdy!!0
