SPD Pedal problem
Hi.
I've got abit of a problem with em on my commuter bike.
Basically, the left one it appeared is REALLY hard to clip in, but once clipped in, sometimes I find, if I pull I easilly unclip and my leg flys in the air, and even just normally unclipping is super easy. I'd have thought if it's hard to clip in, then it'd be abit tough unclipping? Right one is not so bad.
Thanks
Will.

This might be a sympton of worn cleats. I've only ever seen this when on Dartmoor and the rider tried a technical stretch and tried to dab and couldn't and ended up with a clipless moment for all to see.I've added a signature to prove it is still possible.0

just found this on the workshop site here might help.
its in the section about servicing pedals.
Workshop wisdom 2: Fit new cleats
If you are having problems clipping in or clipping out, it is more than likely not the fault of the pedal. The cleats in the bottom of your shoe wear out far quicker than any of the parts of the pedal, so always try swapping them before consigning your pedals to the bin.0 -
