What size bushing for 2005 Spec FSR XC?

I've been told I need new bushing's on the rear suspension of my 2005 Specialised FSR XC. I'm going to order some from TF Tuned but does anyone know what size I would need to order? I've looked at the website where they give guidelines on how to measure but I don't have my bike with me this week!
Also once I've got the new bushing's is it best to get my LBS to fit them?
